# Alerts Fusion for SharePoint

> Alerts Fusion is a no-code SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web part by APPS 365 (Apps 365 Ltd, UK) that shows announcements on modern SharePoint Online pages as a banner, message bar, popup, panel, standard alert or carousel message bar, with audience targeting, scheduling and per-user frequency control. It also works as a Microsoft Teams tab.

Key facts:
- Platform: SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and Microsoft Teams tab. Installed from Microsoft AppSource (listing WA200008304) or as an .sppkg package.
- Formats: banner, message bar (Info, Success, Blocked, Warning, Severe Warning, Error), popup, panel, standard alert, carousel message bar.
- Content sources: page URL, SharePoint list, HTML (with optional JS/CSS files), rich text.
- Triggers: button, link or image; open on click, automatically on page load, or after a delay; optional hidden trigger.
- Scheduling: date and time ranges, auto close after N seconds, maximum automatic shows per user.
- Audience targeting: SharePoint groups and individual users.
- Data: configuration is stored in the customer's own SharePoint sites; nothing is stored outside the Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Trial: 7-day free trial with full functionality, one site per tenant.
- Pricing (GBP per year, excluding taxes, updates and premium support included): Site £999 (1 site, up to 500 users), Site Collection £2,999 (unlimited sites in one site collection, up to 2,500 users), Tenant £4,999 (unlimited sites, up to 10,000 users). Over 10,000 users: custom quote.
- Rating: 5.0 from 8 ratings on Microsoft AppSource.
- Not a replacement for Microsoft's retired classic SharePoint Alerts (change-notification emails, switched off from July 2026); Microsoft recommends Power Automate or SharePoint Rules for those.
