Alerts Fusion is a SharePoint-hosted app, meaning all data remains securely within your organisation’s Microsoft 365 tenant. Nothing is stored externally—your links, configurations, and user preferences all stay within your own SharePoint environment.

1. No. Alerts Fusion does not transmit or store any data outside your Microsoft 365 ecosystem. All interactions, including user personalisation, admin-pinned links, and navigation configurations, are stored within your SharePoint site collections.
