Alert Configuration
❖Alert Type: Alert
- Alert Type: This field will allow you to choose alert type to portray content.
- Alert Open Event: This field will allow you to decide when this alert opens.
- On Click: when the user selects this, the webpart instance can be open via clicking on the selected trigger.
- Auto Open: when the user selects this, the webpart instance will open on page load. We also have an option to hide the triggers from the page. You can enable auto close after selected seconds for all Alert/Carousel Message/Message/Panel/Popup.
- Alert Position: This field will allow you to decide position for Alert/ Carousel Message/ Message/ Panel /Popup.
- Show Action Button: This setting allows to show action button. [ Only applicable for Alert]
- Alert Button Text: If ‘Show Action Button’ toggle is enabled then this field allows to add label for internal action button.
- Alert Button [Redirection] Link: If ‘Show Action Button’ toggle is enabled then this field allows to add any website url to redirect.
- Schedule Alert: This setting allows to set a Date Range for which automatic alerts will be displayed.
- Auto Close Alert: This field will allow you to close the alert after a defined time.
- Max Auto Alert Show Count: This field allows to set Auto Alert show count. After this limit has been reached, each user will no longer see the Alert automatically on page load.
❖Alert Type: Carousel Message Bar
- Message Open Event: This field will allow you to decide when does the carousel message bar opens [manually/automatically].
- Message Bar Type: There are 6 types of messages available [Info, Success, Blocked, Warning, Severe Warning, Error] to display content.
- Icon Picker: It allows you to choose any fluent UI icon to prefix instead of default icon for selected msg bar type.
- Clear Icon Selection: It allows you to deselect chosen icon to affix with sliding text. Show Multi Line Message Bar?
- Show Multiline Message Bar: It will adjust message bar height as per the content length. Show Expand Button Toggle.
- Show Expand Button Toggle: It will show the default expand/collapse button to resize height as per the content length.
- Message Bar Position: It allows you to show message bar at Top/Bottom/In Place of webpart.
- Auto dismiss the Message Bar: It enables slider control to set auto close duration of message bar.
- Auto dismiss the Message Bar after [in seconds]: It allows you to set auto close duration of message bar.
❖Alert Type: Panel
- Panel Title: This text field allows you to provide Panel title.
- Panel Title Style: This field allows to choose font style for Panel Title.
- Panel Open Event: This field allows to decide whether the panel opens [manually/automatically].
- Schedule Panel: This toggle will enable Schedule range From & To date picker to set range for automatically opening panel without any manual intervention.
- Limit Auto Panel: This toggle will enable Schedule range From & To date picker to set range for automatically opening panel without any manual intervention after surpassing these number of views user will require to manually click the selected trigger to open panel.
- Panel Open Delay: This slider allows to control delay before ‘Auto’ opening the panel.
❖Alert Type: Popup
- Popup Open Event: This field enable to select the open event.
- Schedule Popup: This field enable to schedule the popup between specific selected dates and time.
- Limit auto open popup: This field enable to add limit on auto open popup with Max Auto Popup Show after surpassing these number of views user will require to manually click the selected trigger to open popup.
- Popup Open Delay: This slider allows to control delay before ‘Auto’ opening the popup.
- Auto close popup: This allows to auto close the popup after defined time.
- Redirect visitor on close: This field will allow you to decide whether you want to visitors redirect after the popup close. [not applicable for Panel] We have three properties as below:
- Redirect URL: Using the field, we can set the redirection URL.
- Redirect Target: This field will allow you to decide redirect URL will be open in a new tab or the same tab.
- Redirect Triggers: Using the field, we set the triggers which will redirect the visitor.
Note: The user must append ‘#NoRedirect’ in the URL to prevent redirection. This is so that admin can update the page after redirect is set.
Popup position: This field will allow you to set the position of the popup.
Popup animation: This field will allow you to set the popup animation effect.
- Enable popup close button: This field will allow you to decide whether you want a close button with a popup. [not applicable for Panel]
- Close button style: This field will allow you to set the style of the closing button.
- Close button align: This field will allow you to align the button relative to the popup.
- Close button place: This field will allow you to set the position of the button relative to the popup.
- Enable ESC key: This field will allow you to decide whether the popup closes by pressing the ESC key. This works on the published/view page only. [not applicable for Panel]
- Is overlay visible: This field will allow you to decide whether the overlay visible. [Only applicable for Popup]
- Can overlay click close the Popup: This field will allow you to decide whether you want the overlay click to close the popup.
- Overlay animation: Using this property, you can set the overlay animation effect.
